We are seeking to appoint an experienced, excellent teacher who is ready to further develop their leadership potential? Could you be that person?

If you feel you could be the right person for this role, you will be a highly motivated, experienced and dedicated EYFS/KS1 teacher, with the drive and passion to develop your leadership capabilities through working as part of our team as we to continue to move Montbelle towards Outstanding from our current position as a Good school (Ofsted, 2017).

Your high expectations of teaching and learning, consistent quality first teaching and excellent knowledge of Early Years expectations, will be used effectively during dedicated release time as you develop excellent practice across the Early Years, through transition into Key Stage 1. Your commitment to developing your leadership skills will be supported through access to opportunities for CPD and through working closely alongside the experienced leadership team.
