Our Article of the week

Each week we choose a new article to reflect on in our Monday assembly and then discuss throughout the week. You can also look on the school’s Twitter feed where we post our weekly article and share some of the amazing learning we have been doing all around our rights.

All classes have been learning more about UNCRC and created a class charter at the beginning of term. Children and adults commit to respecting rights and think about their responsibilities. Take a look at some of our charters…

We are proud to be working towards achieving our Silver Accreditation for the UNICEF Rights Respecting School Award; this involves all our School Community understanding and upholding the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, and developing ways of promoting the initiative throughout our school.
